Sunday: Well, I did it...I didn't have any wine with my mothers day meal (and a good red would have complimented the tenderloin filet and grilled asparagus DH prepared). I opened a bottle and poured my dad a glass, let my mom consume the last glass of a nice chard and drank water. Sadly...I did not sleep any better...but did fall back to sleep a bit easier.
I didn't fare well with giving up WHINE...as I was complaining (rather loudly with the slamming of pots and pans) that everyone in the house was relaxing except the MOM on Mothers day as I cleaned up the kitchen and did laundry. Grrr. Disappointed in myself.
Monday: I have already eaten my breakfast, taken my vitamins and planned a healthy dinner for tonight. Can I get in my group exercise calss or will WORK get in the way? Wallpaper is finally being hung today and there ids a booster club meeting tonight. Another Manic Monday!
