I've cleaned out my basement and pantry this week. NOw it's time to clean out my head and clear the calendar!
I am a multi-tasker who has a hard time sitting and doing nothing. I am pretty organized and get a lot done in the time allotted but...I find myself making lists in my head if I wake up in the middle of the night. I am unable to sit and watch television without a book or knitting project in my had (or a basket of unfolded laundry)> I am the GIRL who DOES too much!
So, today's challenge is to do ONE LESS thing.
I will RELAX. Perhaps, I will simply sit and enjoy the sunshine
I will leave one thing undone (perhaps a small chore that I would otherwise cram in before I rush out of the house)
I will refuse to make a list in my head during the night of how I am going to organize my day tomorrow.
I will NOT plan to attend stamping class on the only free evening I have next week!
See a more relaxed me next week when I take on a "Week witout WHINE" (Giving up and geting back on my fitness regimine)
