I am reading e-mails about 3-5 times a day at work and not at all on the weekends or evenings. This is a great time saver. My focus has been on "touching the e-mail only once"-not always possible but I am working on it. I read and then file, take action or delete e-mails when they populate my inbox. It really works at reducing my stress and is a time saver as well.
Refraining from printing an important e-mails and filing them electronically to cut down on both paper waste and the filing chore. I HATE filing. When I die, if there is filing in the afterlife, I know I didn't make it to heaven (but that is not even a possiblity since I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior!)
