Avoiding aquisition

I never really noticed just how many e-mails I get from stores. Many of these have detailed sales information (Lowest prices of the season!, seriously, every week???) and "valuable" coupons attached.
I have begun to delete these e-mails without even looking at them. Likewise with the sales flyer's in the newspapers. They really are just a temptation for me to acquire some unnecessary goods or services. And an added bonus is the time I save not reading those e-mails!

I'm there with you. I have now started fining the link to get off e-mail list. When I make an in store purchase and the sales clerk ask for my e-mail, I simply decline to give it to them.
